| Maria studied Kinesiology & Health Sciences at York University, and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She has additional training and certification in cosmetic acupuncture, IV therapy, sports medicine and pain management and specializes in weight management, nutrition, and physical activity and exercise programs. Maria believes in working on building the foundation of a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent disease. This includes seeing food as our medicine, strengthening the immune system, decreasing stress, correcting imbalances and deficiencies in the body, and incorporating regular physical activity into our day. This is all in addition to instilling hope and promoting a positive outlook. Maria has treated a wide range of conditions, including, but not limited to: infertility, heart disease, menopause, PMS, Men's health conditions, Multiple Sclerosis, fibromyalgia, arthritis, skin conditions, allergies, depression, insomnia, fatigue and low energy. Naturopath Lisa Weeks is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the
Danforth/Riverdale area of Toronto. She practices Nutrition, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Hydrotherapy and Lifestyle Counseling. Dr.Weeks' goal is to uncover and treat the root cause of your health concerns; not suppress the symptoms. Lisa takes the time to really listen to you and her treatment plans are individualized for maximal results. She will work with you to help you understand your body and what you need to do to reach your health goals. Prior to completing the 4-year Naturopathic Program, Dr. Weeks studied human biology at the University of Waterloo and graduated with an Honours, Bachelor of Science degree from the co-op program. She traveled around North America, working at various research labs before finding her calling with Naturopathic Medicine. She studied cystic fibrosis at Sick Kids hospital in Toronto, cancer at the BC Cancer Agency, and then atherosclerosis at Notre Dame University. These opportunities gave her the foundation to unite scientific research with Naturopathic therapies and philosophy to offer you a holistic approach to healing.

After completing her Bachelor of Physical Education and Health at the University of Toronto, Dr. Cristina Meffe BPHE, ND went on to study naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturoapthic Medicine in Toronto.
Cristina Meffe has gained advanced clinical training in Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Homeopathy and Women's Health. She has also participated in a research initiative in women's health with the University of Toronto. Dr. Meffe also has certification in Reiki Level 2 and IV Therapy.
In her graduating year, Cristina recieved the prestigious Joyce Vanderburgh award for outstanding clinical performance and patient interaction. Cristina also speaks Italian and Spanish fluently, and has a working knowledge of French.
Dr. Meffe uses acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicines, homeopathy, lifestyle counselling and physical medicine to achieve balance of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of every individual, and to prevent illness.

After graduating from the New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Schwartz continued on to complete his certification in the Clinical Biomechanics of Posture, also known as Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP®) technique.
Dr. Schwartz is one of only few CBP® certified chiropractors in the province of Ontario and holds as a Distinguished Fellow of CBP®.
Dr. Schwartz completed his undergraduate education at York University in Toronto, Ontario where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. He decided to become a chiropractor after a personal experience of improvement under chiropractic care.
Dr. Schwartz is also a member of several professional organizations including the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) and the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA).
