Ingredients:

1 package Tempeh, thawed |
| |
1 tablespoon Tamari |
| |
1 stalk celery, sliced thin |
| |
2 tablespoons minced red onion |
| |
1/3 cup Eggless Mayonnaise |
| |
2 tablespoons pickle relish |
|
| |
Directions:
Cut Tempeh into small diced pieces. Steam for 5 minutes and let cool in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
