Tempeh Salad

Diet Type: Macrobiotic

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1 package Tempeh, thawed
  1 tablespoon Tamari
  1 stalk celery, sliced thin
  2 tablespoons minced red onion
  1/3 cup Eggless Mayonnaise
  2 tablespoons pickle relish
 
Directions:

Cut Tempeh into small diced pieces. Steam for 5 minutes and let cool in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
