Ingredients:
4 large outer leaves of chinese cabbage (Nappa)1 carrot, cut into long sticks1 bunch watercressbrown rice vinegar

| Instructions: |
| In a large pot with a steamer basket, steam cabbage leaves and carrot until tender, about 5 minutes.
Remove, rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and pat dry with a paper towel.
Remove steamer basket, add more water, bring to a boil and add watercress. Boil 1 minute, remove and rinse, pat dry.
To assemble: Lay cabbage leaf flat. Place watercress at bottom end at stem and place a carrot stick on top of it.
Roll up tightly, cut into 1" pieces, lay flat on a plate and sprinkle with Brown Rice Vinegar. |
