Shipping/Delivery Options

All orders are processed within 48 hours except for orders received after Noon on Fridays (EST) to Noon Sundays. If a product is out of stock we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to notify you. 

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.

Delivery times specified are to major centers and are estimated as follows:  Local (Eastern Ontario) 1 - 3 days; Regional (Ontario & Quebec) 2 - 6 days; National (Rest of Canada) 4 - 9 days.


*Please note that we are unable to ship products outside of Canada.

Sales Tax
**The subtotal does not include sales tax. Sales taxes, where applicable, will be applied to your invoice.

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped.

Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Credit Card Processing Policy
We work to protect the security of your information so that no part of your Credit Card can be read during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypting software.

Payments are processed once we have completed  a credit card verification and your order is ready to be processed to your instructions.
