Our Nourishing Balm may be applied above and below eye area. Also ideal for lips, face or anywhere on the body to combat dry, aging skin. Allow to absorb completely before applying eye makeup. Directions for Use
After lightly misting the eye area with one of our Facial Tonic Hydrosols, smooth around eye area. May be applied on top and bottom lid.
