Medicinal ingredients (per tablet)
- Valerian (valeriana officinalis, root)75 mg
- Passion flower (10:1 extract) (passiflora incarnata, aerial parts)50 mg
(QCE 500 mg) - Cramp bark (viburnum opulus, whole plant)5 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Silica (plant), stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions: Adults: Take 1-2 tablets, 1-5 times per day as needed. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day.
